Christianna Hunt

Hello! I’m Mrs. Hunt! I am super excited to introduce myself as your second and third-grade tutor this year! I absolutely LOVE teaching and am so excited to partner with you as we grow spiritually and intellectually this year! We are in for a year full of adventures, new relationships, and loads of fun! I cannot wait to get to know YOU and learn all about your favorite things! First, I want to tell you a little about me. I grew up and attended school in Loudoun County, Virginia, and then continued my education at James Madison University. GO DUKES! I studied Interdisciplinary Liberal Studies with a concentration in humanities, social science, and science. I also studied history and elementary education. I stayed at JMU and received my Masters of Arts in Teaching. I also have my endorsement in gifted education from Phoenix University. I taught in Loudoun County for 6 years before my husband’s job and family brought us to St. Mary’s last year. I love teaching all subjects, but my favorites are math and history! Outside of school, I enjoy traveling, singing and listening to worship music, reading, exercising, painting, and spending lots of time with family and friends. Parents, I look forward to meeting you, and working as a team to help your child grow throughout the school year! Students, I am so excited to meet you and start the year together! We are going to have an AMAZING year, getting to know each other, growing spiritually, praying with one another, and learning in a comfortable and positive community!
