Lisa Everly

My name is Mrs. Everly and I have had a love for teaching children from a young age. I am married and have three adult children and three grandchildren. I  hold a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Fairmont State College in WV  and have had many years of teaching experience. My background includes:  teaching for Calvert Co. Public Schools, homeschooling my own three children, and teaching art at Homeschool Christian Academy. Additionally, for the past six years, I have taught Kindergarten and first grade at King’s Christian Academy . 

I will be providing instruction in phonics, math and handwriting while sharing Christian values throughout the lessons. My goal is to share the love of Christ and to promote godly character in the lives of all the children. 

I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, and being outdoors. I also like bicycling and swimming.
